Vacant. That was the only way to describe what was happening to the mountain. Many of the packlands had fallen victim to extinction, some of the former lands which used to prosper were now too over run with god knows what to even enter. With only the mere blink of a eye, their homelands were rapidly changing, falling upapart right under their noses.

The tall fey continued forward, deep ruby eyes affixed forward in a absentminded sort of way. However, this wasn't a odd thing, her mind was always storming with thoughts. The only sound that even reached her over sized ears was the rustle of her feathered wings as she tightened them against her back, and the steady thump of her paws each time they met the earth. Huntress, indeed was a odd looking wolf. At this point she didn't even quite know if she was a wolf or not. The female was oddly tall as well as white from head to toe. The only discoloration was faint red speckles which climbed up her legs to about her shoulder and hip regions. She also obtained a pair of deep ruby eyes and a pair of ears which stuck straight upward, a bit too large for her head. Also, her tail often reminded her of that of a foxes abnormally long and full. This never stopped her from socializing though, that was something she was became rather well at upon climbing in age.

Along side the ghostly female trailed Mishka, a large skull-headed dragon. She had taken to Huntress back then they were both just young lads. Now that they were older, both were practically inseparable. They were both the perfect, ghastly pair. Like walking New Hallows Eve decorations. As they continued forward, the dragon shook her head a bit, fixing the large tiger skull which fit a bit smug over her own head. She knew not to interrupt Huntress while she was in the trance sort of state, so she continued along silently beside her, copper colored eyes scanning their surroundings.

Mishka was the first to see it, the wet and rather still creature upon the bank of Traydon. She couldn't help but just pass this by, so she let out a chirp, followed by a few clicks of her teeth. Which, was enough to catch hold of her wolf companion's attention. "Hm?" She murmured, raising her chin upward to look over Mishka. "Look." She whispered, motioning over to the male. So just like any would do, she looked, and what she saw made her gulp hard. Huntress had seen dead things before and it never bothered her, but something about the way he laid there, still and wet, gave her chills. She instantly picked up speed, skidding to a stop beside him. Now what? She thought, a bit taken aback at what to say now. /Are you okay?//Clearly not, look at him./ So she simply let a small "Hey." Roll off her lips as she offered his head a slight nudge of her maw.
