I am Orb. He could see concern in her gaze as each of them spoke but she wasn't looking at him like he was a freak so he had to believe that was a good thing. She didn't seem scared either. Then she told him his mind was fascinating and his ears pricked forward, his head lifting with surprise as his eyes widened. "FASCINATING? ME? NO...NO, THERE'S NOTHING FASCINATING ABOUT ME." He ducked his head sheepishly, offering an awkward grimace as his ears folded back. How could she think him fascinating? When he asked where she was from, she told him far west and his eyes lit up, glad to be hearing something that didn't have anything to do with him. His ears pricked forward when she mentioned magic, his eyes twinkling as he smiled whimsically. Kyra leaned forward. "SO WERE THERE UNICORNS AND RAINBOWS AND STUFF? CAUSE THAT WOULD DEFINITELY MEAN MAGIC." Mags sighed with fascination. "IT S-SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL." She murmured softly. Then she asked about him and Orb's head jerked back a little. He never liked talking about himself. But she was nice enough to answer when he asked so it only made sense that he do the same. He shook his head. "I'M NOT FROM HERE. I DON'T KNOW WHICH DIRECTION I CAME FROM, ONLY THAT THERE WAS A LOT OF SNOW AND MOUNTAINS, FORESTS TO HIDE IN." His ears folded back a little, ashamed that he couldn't remember more about the place he was born. Then she asked what he liked to do and his ears went forward again. He blinked a few times thoughtfully. What did he like to do? "GO ON. TELL HER YOU LIKE HELPING OTHERS AND MEETING NEW WOLVES." "YEAH, JUST SO THEY CAN CALL YOU A FREAKAZOID AND TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM, EH?" Bandit chimed in with a chuckle. Diesel gave him a glare. Orb sighed and shrugged. "I'M NOT REALLY GOOD AT ANYTHING. UNLESS YOU COUNT BEING WEIRD SOMETHING TO BE GOOD AT." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Confused? See my Info Page |
