Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

Harlow had for quite some time been alone and the passage of that time had left him with a growing restlessness. As was natural for any wolf without a pack, he yearned for company and thus far, none of his encounters in this land known as Blossom Forest had satisfied that instinctual craving. It had been this pressing drive which had taken him to explore the borders of Graes to begin with, and though exploring the newly reshaped lands had been at the forefront of his intentions when he had left the packlands, it had not been the only reason. Even without the changes brought on by the magic, Harlow was sure he that it would only be a matter of time before wanderlust called him out again. He needed something to change in his sorely stagnant life - and it did not appear that just joining a pack had been that something. To be honest, Harlow was not entirely certain what or who it was that he sought, but he had the inclination to believe that he would know when the encounter came.

This adventure of exploration to see more of the land and other wolves was as much to find his own direction as it was truly to explore - and as a result, he was pleasantly content to have encountered another so soon on his journey. He did not immediately smile at the moonlight-hued wolfess, but neither did he offer any signs of aggression or hostility. He continued to regard her with keen and curious interest, scenting lightly at the air between them as was habit to try and catch her scent and learn more about her. He noticed with surprise her unnaturally vibrant eyes and the way that they seemed to almost glow in the dim forest with a light of their own unlike any other wolf's that he had seen before. His first thought was how could she see through something so bright? But she appeared to see just fine, as he was acutely aware of her eyes fixed upon him when she boldly stepped nearer. Still, they puzzled him and he tilted his head just a bit in bewilderment, deep-lobed ears flicking at the sound of her voice. It took him a second to realize that she too held her head to the side and he smiled just the slightest then, turning his own back to normal and taking the last few steps that distanced them with intentional slowness so as not to assure that he did not catch her unaware. He stopped once they were close enough to reach out and touch if desired, but held where he was for the moment, only stretching his nose towards her just the slightest in interest.

"Only if you plan to keep me from exploring or a hunt if I find anything worthwhile." Harlow countered affably in reply to her concern for interrupting, the stiff posture of his tail relaxing slowly. He kept finding his red-gold eyes lingering on her own however, still perplexed about their unnatural color and dubious of how they could be functional. Unable to contend with the unanswered questions for any longer, he finally broached the subject after moment with little hesitation. "Do your eyes... bother you?" The sooty colored male was a curious wolf by nature and he had a tendency to be blunt at times, but it was how he was and it suited him just fine. He was just curious, that was all.
