Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Arturio would not deny that he had been pacing the southern edges of Asteraia. He knew the day was coming, and when it did, the White Knight could not deny his excitement. Even if no pup from the litter was his, even if he had never been intimate with Nari, he would still be excited for his imprints pups. He did not arrive shortly after the birth, though he came as quickly as he could.

The alabaster male gave a howl as he reached Glorall's borders. An announcement that he was there, though no threat to anyone. Arturio felt as though his meeting with Eden had been amicable at worst. He would not deny there was some concern over how the Fortitude of Glorall felt about him with regards Nari. He even thought he may have felt that pang of guilt when Nari had come to Asteraia, but he held none of that against her. If she was happy, whatever games she chose to play or actions she chose to take, then Arturio would be at her side without a word about it. Given that she didn't do things that went against his morals, he saw no flaw in his logic there.

It did not take him long. He had followed where he expected Nari to be, though her own den was vacant. Odd. Arturio tilted his head slightly, emerald gaze scanning for signs of struggle. When there were none, he investigated a moment more before noting that her scent had moved off, and Eden's was a bit more fresh. Interesting. So, he followed the trail, eventually coming upon the other man's den, Eden waiting what seemed to be patiently outside. Even from here, he could smell her, feel her. Arturio edged closer, though maintaining a respectable distance. He required two invitations, after all. Nari because this was her birthing time, and Eden because it was in fact his den she had chosen.

Arturio couldn't help but find himself smiling. So she had chosen Eden as a more or less her mate, even if the words were never going to actually be said. Asteraia's leader was not angry. As his logic always went regarding his imprint, if it was what she wanted, it was hers. "Everything seems to have gone smoothly..." he said, as much to Eden as to himself while letting out a woof, letting his imprint know that he was also present.
