All of us are fed up of bending over backwards in theatre and clinic to babysit the CCT trainees... if they are rubbish they should be removed from the programme and not waste any more taxpayers money.....there is absolutely no point in training someone surgically if they cannot manage a clinic or casualty session with routine cases...
some of them never have even removed a corneal foreign body and want to learn phaco.... the TPDs are too lazy to remove them from the programme so everyone else suffers..
