She found herself wandering the shores of Paradise, watching for any that came back from the war, whether it be friend or foe. She'd heard the news that Rougaru beat Liland in battle and now the Bay herd was coming here to see Zjeena. She was curious what the cream mar would do with her new power but Monster was happy for her. She deserved everything and more. Monster knew Rougaru could handle the wounds he received. He was a warrior after all. The scars would be sexy, anyway. Glancing back at her own sides, she smiled to herself and snorted. She felt the changes and knew she would be carrying another foal for him come spring and she couldn't wait. Maybe this time she could give him a son. She had managed to leave the war with little less than bruises and scratches. Most of the battles seemed to be based around Warsaw or Cullen and she saw more horses being stolen to other herds than actual fighting. She'd done her job and watched Rougaru's back and even gone off looking for some trouble of her own but when it was time, she knew she needed to return to Paradise to check on things and make sure Medusa was okay. Her daughter was very independent and more than capable of keeping herself out of trouble. The problem was, she never chose to do that. Too much like her mother, Monster thought with a smirk. Shaking out her mane, she snorted and trotted down the beach, her nostrils flaring when she took in an unfamiliar scent. Following it, she came upon a young colt grazing by the shore. He looked shaky and he was soaking wet, like he'd only just gotten out of the water not too long ago. Her heart softened as she lowered her head and stopped a few feet away. Swishing her tail, she offered a gentle smile. "Hello, there. Are you hurt? My name's Monster."
