Use caution when the wolf comes knocking;

The wolf was reluctant. He knew that it was perhaps presumptuous to agree to Ironclad's deal before even suggesting the match with Monster but well, he felt certain that even she would see the wisdom behind the decision. Plus, it seemed rather unwise to upset the heir of Tinuvel, especially considering the young colt appeared aggravated even before he appeared on the borders of Paradise. He felt certain that convincing Monster would be a lot more difficult than convincing Medusa. She spent most of her days charging up and down the paths of the jungle, exploring every inch of their herdland whether she had company or not. She was spirited, cunning and inquisitive by nature, surely the idea of spending time in a new world would thrill her. Though he tried to ignore it, he could not miss the bored expression that was beginning to color her two toned eyes as of late. The same expression on Akela's face.

He watches her now, bright eyes scanning the herd below them, her small ears swiveling with each new sound. She moved with the same fluid grace and poise as her mother, even as a yearling. She would make Ironclad a good companion and definitely keep the boy on his toes.

An amused chuckle rumbles from his lungs as he starts towards her, might as well get the ball rolling. He nickers affectionate to her as he comes up at her side, emerald green eyes gleam in the bright morning sunlight. Affectionately he reaches to tug at her growing tail, an impish smile upon his own lips. "An here I thought I would find you chasing the new colts and filly from Liland's small herd with your brother." he teases his gaze bright as he prances a few steps away, tossing his thick skull inviting her to join him. It was time they talked.

"You are growing into a fine young mare, more and more like your mother everyday. Spirited and fierce, my pride..." he begins, slowing his gait to a more languid walk so that he may move easily at her side though he is sure she would be happy with a quicker pace. His chest clenches. "You have a suitor already my dearest. Ironclad Warsaw's son wishes you to join him on Tinuvel. It is a far cry different from Atlantis but I think you might enjoy it." he breathes, pausing now to fix her with a steady gaze. "If course I still need to speak with your mother on the matter but I was hoping you would agree... " he murmurs, his words trailing now as he glances to the northern horizon. It would be a different world for her, a far cry difference from the comforts and familiarity of Paradise. She would not have Monster or himself and the rest of their herd to keep her company but of all his children he knows that she would be most suitable for the challenge. He felt sure that Warsaw would look after her, despite the defeat in Luthien he was still a formidable foe and few dared to rise against him. "You would be honored there, betrothed to Ironclad. A princess of not just Paradise but of Tinuvel as well." he continues, the same arguement he would present to Monster. A reassurance. "And I will come and visit you often as I can."
