She runs blindly from the sea in the first direction her body turns. Devi has no idea if she is going the right way, but was completely dependent on fate right now. Her parents belonged together. There was no way she could find them all (of that they all wanted to see her), but she had to try. The first father to pop in her mind was daddy Orphiel. He was one of the kindest fathers she knew aside from Arneis. Their bond had been the strongest up until he left. No matter how many holes Arneis filled for her, she couldn't forget Orphiel. Or Ra, for that matter, but they had never really had the connection she made with daddy Orphiel.

If anyone was her true father, she believes it was him. Devi does not exactly match her sister Syrah or her sister Yasmina. The stallions left in the Inlet was not her true sire. Of course, with so many strangers mother spoke to her about one of them could be it too. No, none of them were around. Frey, Roland, Carbon...none of them cared to know her. Devi's mind races with what she might find in the Lagoon as she runs. She might run into Frey. She had nothing to say to the stallion mother tried so hard to convince to meet her. Devi had no intentions of seeking him out only to find Orphiel.

"Daddy Orphiel!" She screams in panic as her legs carry her across the Lagoon. She had to find him! Somehow she just knew he could help and maybe, just maybe, this could be the moment her parents rekindled their relationship. Tears run down her face as she slows to a stop. Her shoulders rise as her breath rattles with emotion. If she couldn't find him...who would help mother? The young mare calls out again for Orphiel. What if she was in the wrong place?
