Don't think these useless crooks don't know how to manipulate the bylaws to put someone in a jamb. Look what happened to McPhillips. That guy was outspoken and ignored Tracy, Fortuna, and Nance Holt and told people what he saw. A clear audio tape of nepotism and misapplication of funds at the pension fund and the international doesn't allow him to run. The international wants their million dollars every year. They aren't going to let anyone get in the way of that.
