I hope that isn't the story you're going with. The dude was nekkid, and the opportunity was missed to tackle his#####when he was hanging and pulling the tree down. You "bum rush" him since it's obvious he has no weapons and is sitting on the ground, and instead of punching him in the back of the head. I've been on plenty of these "situations" and never whacked someone especially with camera phones, body cams and who else knows other cameras on.
