Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

As the pup moved closer the raven bent forward in his poofed manner and struck the the icy rock near his feet with the tip of his beak in an emphatic manner. Nothing splintered, though the sound, despite being muffled by the wind, would have been startling to many. Perhaps not to this pup.

As the wind swirled around again the raven spread his wings, exposing his nearly 2 foot wingspan to the world and lighted into the air above the pup. After hovering for a moment he dropped back onto the rocky mountain side in a new spot, closer to the young wolf. He poofed back up and tilted his head in curious admiration.

"Strong pup." He babbled on for a moment in his typical incoherent speech. "Alone?" The thin covering of feathers on his beak fluttered very gently in the breeze as he waited for an answer.
