It's been a while since he's been here, so lost in the dark. Just another creature stirring in the belly of the beast. A Golden brown orb seemed to blink slowly against the darkness that surrounds them. The trees above loom overhead, branches curling toward him as if to protect his precious nature that he still carried in his heart. He looks to his side where his sister should be, and then toward the front of where they had rested where mamma Fayte would be keeping watch. Both spots were empty. Perhaps they had went on another adventure without him. With a yawn, he uncurled his longs leg's, and stood, shaking his head. He has grown from the leggy colt back in the meadow a season ago.

His form was filling out nicely, though he still had growing to do. He was still half the size he should be, but was slowly getting there. He was, perhaps, bigger than his sister, but aren't most males? Could be from his long leg's. Blinking his eyes, he stared out into the night, but all he saw were trees and more trees. Nighttime was dull to him, but there was one thing all three of the small family shared in common. Their interest in stars. He knew where they had went to now, and with a small nod to himself, the spotted golden boy moved through complete darkness and silence to where he often found Mamma fayte.

He stood calmly in the shadows though, watching Fayte point thing's out to his sister. Was he jealous that she was to be getting more attention than he? No. He was actually glad for the peace, since he has spent his life with both females, and he wished only for another guy to be around. Being with girl's could be annoying. He was tempted to close his eyes again and simply drift away, their voices in his ears until he heard Fayte's hoofs leading away from both children. His eyes widened slightly, and he darted out of his hiding spot to canter over to Pleiades. The fill was pretty much confused.

Light from the stars and the moon hung over the clearing, lighting it up, and he became all to aware of his right eye again, the strange blackness still did not go away. He circled her until his left side brushed her right one, and he was able to look slightly down at her. "Sis," he softly calls, and then motioning with his head to where their mother disappeared. He moved forward first, looking back to her once, before glancing over the side of the hill Mamma fayte had gone down. His golden brown eye took in the faint spotted form of her, but when his eyes moved to the other thing in front of her, his ears went back, and he moved to prevent his sissy from joining his mother. He wasn't sure if Pleiades had been thinking of doing that, but he was a big brother and brother's just know thing's.

His single eye glared down at the intruder, as if expecting the thing to vanish and leave them be.
