Thanks, but be aware there is an established group already doing just this. They joined together from a bunch of individuals that had interest. You should consider working with them. The term ghost was one used recently by Massachusetts authorities to ridicule and dismiss people making cougar observations here also by the way. They told the media we have no mountain lions, we have "ghost cats" that are misidentifications.
