it will be too late when you see me
Amutaq was feeling oddly elated. Though the lands of Moladion had changed he hadn’t lost anyone that he hadn’t already knew back before the meteor had fallen. He had found his Mother Brooke and sister Malina, and learned about many others were still around. He was surprised the old coot Heyel hadn’t kicked the bucket yet and that girl that he had played tricks on, Micteca was also still wandering about too. Tenshi and their father were still alive and well just not in Moladion for now. Well he would have to pay her a visit too and see what she had been up too. Amutaq’s pep had been returned when he had found out all of that and more about Moladion. It sounded like some serious business had went down and though he wished to join his family in Diveen he just wasn’t sure he was quite ready for it. It seemed also that Malina hadn’t been thinking much of being in Diveen and that really gave him a bit of pause.
Wandering since before he was an adult all over the lands made him skeptical about joining a pack again so soon. What if he decided he wasn’t ready to settle? He would leave them and they would be all mad and flustered. Surely though he would be paying a visit to Diveen to see this new little half siblings of his. They all sounded quite interesting and Amutaq was very curious about each and everyone but also felt a little bit sad that his mother had moved on from his father. He couldn’t blame her, their father had commitment issues to begin with and he had been gone almost as long as Amutaq had been. It probably was time for her to move on.
He found himself exploring lands that were familiar yet not at, his gaze going over the valley feeling a strange longing. He missed the land he had left, missed the old packs and old territories that had been rearranged by that crazy rock that had plummeted into his home. Yet at least those he cared about were still living. His gaze ran over the lands, spotting a female wandering in the night the moon reflecting of the silver grey of her pelt. His form was light and tall but his bulk thick enough to get him through any fight. His gold and emerald swirled eyes were set on her as his white toed paws carried him closer to the black fem, half white tail twitching out behind him. He was nearly completely silent on his paws and he wondered if she even had heard him.
A sly fox-like grin crossed his maw, friendly a bit charming perhaps, though it was unintentional. He got his somewhat flirtatious charming nature from his father, but like his father he couldn’t really help it, it just happened. ”Evening Miss. Nice fall night for a wander, eh?” His half white tail giving a flick. He was a fairly social guy by nature, and when it came to ladies well he couldn’t help but just be a little more charismatic than normal. He always loved a bit of a night cuddle buddy, but some feeling he was getting she wasn’t exactly the cuddly female type.
