Thanks for that link to the DNR article. You might note he says "there have been no road kills", so the population is light. Ok, so there was one in CT that makes the population heavy? They are known to be there, but no road kills. Up to 20 individuals were identified in 2012. That's not up to the "sustainable population" numbers yet though. Many may disperse, but clearly they have been there for decades already.
