By the way, the state wildlife agency did NOT submit this to experts. The Providence Journal did a story, went onsite and talked to the witnesses, and the Environmental Police Officer that did the excellent investigation, and submitted the officer's report and evidence to them. ALL of them concluded it was a cougar attack, with a lot of interesting observations. Im surprised you haven't heard of these incidents, or the others in the recent past up here. They get really interesting.
