Someone was approaching, but Jabs didn't make the effort to pick his head up to look as he finally settled to laying on his side. Remo on the other hand, had turned his head at the other stallion's arrival, and gave a small nod in acknowledgment. Soon Jabs peeked out of the corner of his eye, and laughed quietly at his second. "It feels so nice to find some peace, i think i worry myself silly with all this leader stuff." He truly did, always having been one to overdo things.

Lifting his head now, jabs eyes the trees behind him, instantly alert when he hears another voice, but the scent that drifts his way is very familiar and has him quickly finding his legs. Now standing, he eagerly drinks in the sight of Cream, and though he had every right to be mad for her disappearing he just couldn't find it in his heart to hold any grudges. He was going to take a step towards her when Remo suddenly unfroze from his position alongside the water and beat his father to her side, brushing past Lyden to throw his body into his mother. Jabs pouts at this and looks away, allowing the pair a few minutes alone and letting his eyes fall on another girl farther down the bank. He does not remember this girl, so it must be Lyden's.

Turning his attention back to their growing group, he spots another girl coming to join his second. "i see you've been busy lyden," Jabs can't help the grin that slowly grows into a bigger one, eyes twinkling with mischief. Not wanting to be left out any longer, he moves closer to his love and their child, who had taken to resting his head on her back, completely content he had his mother.

"We've been very good for your information," he teases, reaching across Remo to nuzzle at his love's neck, " at least we don't disappear for days, but im glad you came back to us." His eyes look to meet hers, before glancing sideways toward Lyden and his women.

"Well i really wasn't expecting so many to come around, but it is best we have meetings like these before winter falls," he was speaking a bit louder, more bolder than his carefree tones from before. His gaze was of course on the newcomers, " a pleasure to meet you girl's. I'm Jabberwocky, my leading lady is the lovely Cream right here," he chuckles a tad bit, before controlling himself once more, "and our son Remo."

He didn't think he was forgetting anything, and so he let the air be filled with silence, awaiting someone else to speak.
