A wildlife biologist in New England is frustrated. Why do you cougar advocates spend all your energy trying to prove cougars are already here, and none working to make sure they will be here for sure? Unfortunately, this endeavor will not require field work. It involves sitting at a computer, talking with wildlife agencies and with people who influence the agencies.
