Dear Grant ie. I mean LOU - you need to do some fact checking my husband was not on the board when the land was purchased. As far as the equipment and the retaining wall they were things that needed to be done. AS LONG AS YOU ARE CRITICING OTHERS, MAYBE PEOPLE SHOULD INQUIRE AS TO WHY YOU WERE REMOVED FROM THE HIGHWAY COMMITTEE????????
