Dear Trainees

Would you mind posting details of how many tiers of on-call there are at your hospital (and if DGH or Teaching hospital)?

I on concerned ST1-3 juniors are not getting any mid-grade support and that more senior trainees are 1st on call instead of 2nd or 3rd on
