This sighting happened on 09/24/16 @350am in Bourne,Ma (Pocasset area). I was on my way to work at 350 am and as I was driving down the street and going around a corner I saw a big cat bounce across the street into the woods.This area is surrounded by woods and trails. This recreation area has a big pond where people swim in the summer. This cat was big. I am 5ft 4in and it was at least to my knees. What really stuck out was the long smooth tail and the bounce like striped it took into the woods. It all happened so fast that by the time I was around the corner all I could see was his hind legs and tail. I spoke with people who live in this area and some said I didn't see it and others told me about a siting that happened a few months ago in a neighborhood about 4 miles from my siting. The woods he went into is a straight shot to that neighborhood and it's full of woods and trails. Replies:
