He smiled proudly when Lucia told Malleah that she had a lot of protectors. He could tell that she was worried about her but he never really felt he had to fear much when Myrria was seemingly always around to watch over her little sister. He straightened up and gave Lucia a playful wink as if to say "that's right." He would always jump to his family's rescue, no doubt. He was still concerned about the idea that Aeon knew another language. Maybe he would have to listen in on their next conversation and make sure it was Latin she was talking about. For all he knew, the boy could have invented his own language same as Malleah was now talking about doing. He smirked in amusement as Lucia caught on it like a buzz, asking if they really could and saying that she loved to learn. He wondered just how much Aeon had taught her already. It was said that you learned so much faster as a child so there's no telling how much Lucia knew by now. He just didn't want her to know things that could be dangerous to her.
When girlfriends and boyfriends were mentioned, he noted a far off gaze in Malleah's eyes for a moment and his brow raised in question but he knew better than to bring it up, especially in front of Lucia. He composed himself and kept on going with the teasing, just enough to let Malleah know that he noticed but once again, he would show her that he would never force her to tell him something if she didn't want to. He would always leave that ball in her court. Malleah asked to be introduced to Aeon and Lucia seemed excited about the prospect. He grinned at his mate as she told him he was a bad influence and he snorted. "Only the best is what you mean." He nuzzled her cheek tenderly. He listened as she said that she would keep an eye out but he could still sense the worry. Lucia was quick to cheer them on though, saying more friends and he chuckled and nodded at her. "Yep, exactly, Lucia. More friends."
