Greatest Love Story
:: Mare : 8 : Mixed : Champagne : 14.2hh : The Inlet ::
Golden eyes like that of her late mother's, thoroughly scan the surrounding area. This was not her first trip here so she was beginning to learn the ends and outs of the Bay. Tinuvel felt like the right place to be if only she had a better keeper. Her brother was horrid, but this was her birthland.

She had only faint memories of her Mustang sire who once ruled the Inlet long ago. Her mother was one of his mares, but she didn't end up staying long. She left the islands when Sanibel was under a year and it was terrible fate that Warsaw had found and followed them. The hatred he had for their mother's disowning him caused him to steal away his half sister while their mother slept. Sabela was without her mother since then and only got to her as she lay dying. She was glad to have an aunt nearby to sneak her away for those last precious moments. The smile on her mother's face was everything to her.

She would finally be free from Warsaw. Not completely maybe, but free enough for now. The bay had the next steps to a better life before her. She only wished Ysabel could have been brought along to see the place where her father had lived on these islands. She desperately wished to tell someone her story, anyone really. If she had to pick it would be Ysabel so the girl could understand she needed to be weary of her King. A dash of color caught her eyes as her mind was brought back from her memories. She did not recognize the stallion that moved towards her, but she could only assume this would be her new King.

As he speaks, she takes in a big whiff of his scent. She keeps a small, sweet, smile on her lips and once he is done talking, her head lowers towards the ground for a bow. Her skull raises back up, but she says nothing. Only her eyes try to speak back. It was frustrating that every time she met someone she had to go through teaching them she could not speak. It was terrible to have to remind others of her deformity. She was just glad her daughter did not share the same trouble.
