Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

this is the end

He'd been mostly out of the loop in Moladian for years now, it seemed. He'd gotten lost in his ultimate dream, having a mate and a growing child to look after. True, Lucia really didn't need him looking after her anymore. She was pretty much an adult and she showed her growing independence by coming to him and Malleah less and less. She went out exploring more and had even made her own den so she could have some privacy. She'd come back smelling of another male and though it made him nervous, he knew she was old enough to judge other wolves for herself. She had no marks like she'd been hurt which was the main thing.

He was more worried about her smelling like Myrria as of lately, anyway. He knew that Myrria had always loved Lucia and thought of her as family. She wouldn't hurt Lucia, but could he risk that? He'd seen her try to attack another wolf right in front of him. It was like she'd lost her senses, like she wasn't even truly seeing. Maybe it was just that other female wolf puppeteering her but either way, it'd stayed with Exodus and made him nervous about Lucia being alone with Myrria. He couldn't ask her not to see her sister, though.

Today he'd gone out exploring in the crags, hunting for him and Malleah while also slyly picking up on Lucia's trail in case he felt like tracking her. She was his only child and maybe that made him overly protective but he wouldn't apologize for it. When he saw the other male wolf, though, he paused. He sniffed the air. The male didn't smell like Lucia, at least, so it wasn't the one she'd been hanging out with. He didn't smell of a pack, either. Exodus hadn't had any real companionship in a while, unless you count the time he jumped into a fight to protect another wolf, but there was really no talking involved there.

Deciding to chance it, he let out a rough bark to announce his presence, though something told him the wolf already knew there was someone there, anyway. His ears pricked and his tail wagged as he stopped where he was and waited on a response. "Hi, there. You don't look like you're from around here..."
