Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

The Tides of Change

Adelia was not happy what so ever, this was not the life she had ever wanted. Sure she was still pretty young at 5 years of age but she still didn't like this. A herd mainly made up of a stallons. It was like a bachelor band but more of a herd then a band. She was a captive here and would not be able to get free with so many eyes of hungry stallions around. She wanted to get away before fall, that was a recipe for disaster as she only smelt maybe one other mare. This place did not bode well for her.

She kept away from the stallions at least as far as they'd let her. Her muzzle to the ground grazing. Her tail lashing out at the bothersome flies as well as to show her aggravation. One ear was flat against her skull while the other was listening to her surroundings.

So when it stopped to the listen to something coming toward her to her left she lifted her head up grass still in her mouth as a stallion comes in close but not too close. Still pushing in on her personal space and she stomps of a hoof at him and pins the other ear in warning. However; he greets her in a better manner then the stallion who brought her here or her brother ever would.

She would gouge whether or not she stayed nice and calm with him first, she wouldn't judge him because of who he was related to.Adelia Was all she said. She'd give him her name but honestly she didn't know what else to say to him at this point.

Perhaps he wasn't like the others, given she had only met Cullen. But usually you could gouge the others based on their leader. However; one would only tell that in time. She had no intentions of staying in a bachelor stallion herd. It was no place for a mare. She had also thought that on their way here she caught scent of her fathers scent and that gave her curiosity that she wanted to find out if he was around these parts.
