Falls

The battle worn man stands quietly within the edge of the woods, his tail flicking across his hocks. The trees provide much needed shade from the sweltering heat, it has been some time since he has felt such warmth. His ears drowsily amble back and forth, listening for the hooves of any who may be wandering in the Falls. Icy blue eyes trace the lines of the trees, each tree uniquely its own. War reminds a man of the true beauty in life, or it turns you into a cold blooded psycho. Fortunately for everyone here on the Islands, it had made him appreciate life.


Life is a fickle thing, so easily torn from your grasp. He had seen his fair amount of death, and life. He had left his seed, in numerous places. He admits he had laid with a woman in hopes her warmth would ease his pain. He now winces inwardly at the thought. Would his basterd children come to find him here?


He shakes out his thick mess of tendrils, just as a dark colored foal bursts into the clearing. Björn watches with mild interest, until his mother ambles into the daylight. She was as dark as the midnight sky and just as alluring. He watches the pair curiously, the colt was full of energy as he burst around the clearing. With a huff, Björn, ambles nearer to the ebony mare.


He had no intrest in pissing the mother off, so he halts his advance just within hearing distance. His crystal blue eyes flick over her body, from the curves at her hips to her muscles along her nape. She was a fine woman indeed. He clears his throat, in hopes that it would not alarm the woman as she indulges in a meal. Your son, is quite the spunky one." A soft smile traces his pink lips, a brief memory of him as a child on Tinuvel flashes across his mind.
