He knew he was taking a risk by coming here by what was the worst that could happen? The other stallion run him off? He wasn't here for a fight and he wasn't here to cause to trouble. Maybe the lead stallion would be open minded and hear him out. Kamekaze didn't smell any other stallions here so that was refreshing but not surprising. Most lead stallions didn't like having other stallions in the herd lands unless they were family. There had to be a certain trust there. Kamekaze was a stranger and so it was a given that the lead stallion wouldn't trust him, not for a while, and that was okay. But would he get to be a part of a herd again? Only time would tell. It didn't take long before he heard the beat of hooves and his head snapped up, blue eyes watching the sturdy cream stallion racing his way.

Kamekaze took in the flattened ears and hostile body language and took a step back to the water, ready to turn tail and dive back into the water if it was called for. He was no coward but it would go against his plans to fight this stallion when there was nothing to fight over. But as the stallion got closer, Kamekaze noted that his ears moved forward to a pricked position, as if he'd just taken in Kamekaze's neutral body language and saw that he wasn't here to make trouble. The stallion slowed and came to a stop and Kamekaze was quick to dip his head in respect and greeting to the other. The other gave his name as Liland, king of the herd and asked what brought him here. Kamekaze offered a small smirk. "Name's Kamekaze. I'm a new stallion to the islands and I just want to be a part of a herd again. It's all I'm used to. I don't want power and I'm not here to cause trouble. I just want to make friends be a part of something again."
