Things were looking up and his excitment was evident, but he had to remember something important. He couldn't let himself get too carried away just because he was a proud owner of a land and two mares. He had a strong alliance with the Prairie, but there was still the matter of figuring out what to do in the Badlands. The old Queen remains there with a stallion loyal to her. She wants her power back, but she was rude and unfitting in Roheryn's eyes. It wasn't that she was a female, but her nature was so brash and violent. Plus, she was heavy in foal. There was no way she could defend the land in her state.

He would need to stop and think of his plans for the Badlands because he was not just going to give the land away when he already had family moving there. It was times like this he wished his mother was alive to see how he has grown and what he has acomplished. The champagene stallion takes on the icy sea for yet another adventure. Now that he has done what he needed to do in the Prairie it was time he set his sights on the Forest. He used to play here as a child, but never met the one the lead the herd here. Creed was the only mare he had met and along with meeting Persephone, gaining an aliance between their homes, he hopes to ask Creed to come with him.

He remembers how afraid she was when they first met and he knew she has had trouble with stallions in the past. He had high hopes he could change her outlook on stallions. He reaches the Forest's shore and begins a call for it's leader. He knew it was the mare Persephone from hearing Shamwari speak of her, but he did not know what she looked like. He then calls for Creed wondering if she would even be interested in going on a journey with him. Time would tell if this little band he was creating would be enough to show the old Badlands Queen he was serious in building a family on Salem.
