He needed to get away. The loss of Sabela was only a few days old and Liland was having trouble coming to terms with it. He would watch his son and even Rayna and all he saw was Sabela even though Rayna resembled him more. Why was fate taking everyone he loved away? What was next? Havelle and him have gotten closer thanks to Sabela death but that was not the way he wanted to get close to his daughter. He loved them all.

He dove into the ocean and swam hard and as fast as his legs could. Maybe if he got away from the bay for a little. His hooves pull him onto the beach and he heads inward toward the falls.

His ears are low and his demeanor is quiet and silent as he walks coming to stop with his front legs in the lake that the waterfall fell into. he just stares at his reflection.
