The young mare seemed cautious as he got closer so he made sure to keep his posture neutral and harmless, not wanting to scare her off. When he spoke to her, she finally started to perk up. Finally, she walked over toward him and he made sure to give a friendly smile, his ears pricked. The mare apologized, saying she'd never met a sibling before and Galahad's eyes widened.
"Sibling?" He murmured to himself before she gave her name as Scorpio and and said her parents' names. His smile only widened and his eyes twinkled. He raise his head.
"Seems so. Nice to meet you, Scorpio."
She said she knew his mother too and he tilted his head, even more curious. She gave her grandmother's name as Desirie and said she hoped she was doing well. He was quick to nod.
"Yes, she's doing great. She lives in the Cove now with a stallion called Solomon. He's very nice to her and helped raise me. I'll be sure to ask her about Desirie. I'm sure she'll remember her." Looking around again, he turned back to the mare.
"So....this is Salem right? Or did I just get lucky?"
