OK you fellows, you're right as far as it goes. But he could no longer bear to see what has become of the service, and surely after long consideration chose this way to make his point. Call it pissing into the wind, or anything else, don't hold your breath to see whether that suck-ass GEN Milley will ever face charges of lying to Congress, insubordination, dereliction of duty, or even treason.
