Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Don't go crying to your momma

cause you're on your own in the real world

There was two reasons she has come to the Lagoon. Actually you could say there were three, but the third was only a bonus. One, her prize had not yet shown up in his new home. Parvati had been so excited to welcome Carbon home, but after a few days of waiting for him she decided it was time to come looking for him herself. The second was to see the stallion she had sparred with a few days ago. Just like the feeling she had gotten with Orphiel, their spar had ignited a fire of passion. She wasn’t sure if this time it would lead her to challenge the mighty Lagoon and take another of its members, but she did want to meet the stallion. He had bested her which proves to be enough to spark her interest.

Besides the third reason could be a reason alone to come here. A land filled with strong, handsome men. You can count her in! She travels to the main land and practically skips towards the edge of the Lagoon. She suddenly stops as she remembers her mother’s warnings about this place. This place holds monsters. Isabel had once been captured and taken here, afraid for her life. But mother had saved her along with some friends. She thinks as long as she has her mother around the island she could get out of any sticky situation. Her father too, of course. Who could say no to the King of Tinuvel? The young mare puffs out her chest. She was a Queen so she could not be claimed here. There would be no immediate danger except for the way she snatches Frey’s heart.

Her hoof steps over that imaginary line slowly. After a few seconds of nothing bad happening she takes a deep breath and takes off running into the Lagoon. Honey eyes search for the sooty red stallion she briefly met (or the ebony stallion she was supposed to be looking for) and she finally finds him with another mare. The sudden rise of jealousy was an overwhelming fire in her belly. It wasn’t until she gets closer that she notices the hateful stare the blue pintaloosa had when looking at Frey. Had he done something wrong? Her pace slows as she nickers to alert them of her approach. She walks slowly closer until she had place herself near both of them. Honey eyes dart back and forth between the two, instantly feeling the tension between them.

Her gaze falls on Frey as she speaks. ”You seem busy, but I thought it was time we introduced ourselves properly.” She smiles awkwardly and glances to the blue mare. ”My name is Parvati de Solomon, leader of the Thicket.” She speaks a loud like she was talking to both of them. Instead of admitting she was desperate to talk to him she goes back to the bases the it was Carbon she was here to see. ”I am looking for Carbon. Have you seen him around lately? I won him from a stallion here, but he hasn’t shown up yet.” It didn’t occur to her the danger of waltzing in looking for a stallion she stole from this place.
