Don't go crying to your momma

cause you're on your own in the real world

She recognizes the painted stallion as he drives himself towards her and her young child. Parvati didn’t forget a face too often, especially if he was handsome, and a male from the Lagoon would always be on her radar. But this is not one she laid with previously. It was not any of them that she has really talked to, but the stallion that greeted her once when she was looking for Frey. She hadn’t given the time of day back then because she was too focused on finding Frey to yell at. The stallion hadn’t given his name, she hadn’t given hers, but maybe now they could be introduced properly. The golden eyes of the dark filly watches the stallion with caution as he draws close. She sticks close to her mother’s side, but does not hide nor does she continue to eat. Instinct tells the young baby that she needs to pay attention.

The words that roll off the tongue of this stallion causes Parvati to stomp her hoof. Her auburn eyes narrow in annoyance because this stallion acts as if he knows exactly who she was. Which he does not! An intense scream pulls her eyes to the stallion thundering towards them. A look of delight covers her face as she realizes what was happening. Loup care about her! He cares about her enough to come to her aid as a strange stallion investigates his child. It was this moment that solidifies her thought process on the whole baby daddy matter. Loupgaru would be her father from this moment on. Loup precedes to drive the stallion back as Parvati responds with her own sign of aggression.

Her ears pin back against her skull as she glares at the dunskin stallion from the Lagoon. ”This child is his,” she spits at the stallion. ”And you have no business meeting her.” With the strength of Loup at her side she felt invincible. Like she could say anything to this stallion without repercussions. With the tension rising between the adults, Yasmina retreats tighter into her mother’s side. She has the urge to run, but she resists for now. The little filly just watches the drama unfold standing in the safety of her mother’s bubble.
