Thanks for Sharing. He was from the era of jai alai royalty showcased at the early Bpt years. Although past his prime, Egurbi was a force of nature. He had that old school strength of tree trunk legs , powerful glutes, huge back and tremendous power all around. Jose seemed to keep his emotions inside (perhaps to his detriment) and would quietly unbuckle his chin strap the same way whether he just had won or lost - a true professional. As a players manager, he genuinely tried to do his best under a challenging situation (striking players playing along side replacement ones). He put up with a lot of crap that he did not need to. He was a huge part of the best era ever. Thanks jose
