This pregnancy has been slightly different than the last. The foal wasn't as active as the other had been, but she assumed nothing of it. It was actually a nice change. Not everything was back to normal, but things were starting to settle down just in time for her new foals arrival.

The cold cave was pretty damp as she waddles her way in. The pains of labor had already started as she settles into her usual birthing position. Hours pass until her new child lay on the cool cave floor. With a large smile on her face, Parvati turns to clean the unusually still baby. Her heart skips a beat anxiously as she bumps the child with her nose. It is only when she rips the sack from the baby, and bumps her a few times, that the filly finally moves.

Parvati let's out a deep sigh of relief. "There you are," She whispers. "You scared me little one." She finishes cleaning off the silver haired filly as she admires her newest Princess. This would be the last Princess she would bare in the Inlet before her brother took over. The amber champagne wasn't particularly strong looking, but she was alive. Parvati had no reason to believe anything was truly wrong.

"Lati that will be your name." She smiles as she urges the newborn to stand. The filly attempts the act, but her weak legs wouldn't allow it. She continues to fall back to the cave floor. Eventually she stands long enough for Parvati to attempt nursing, but the foal seems to refuse. Lati doesn't seem interested in the smell of milk and instead just stares at the cave wall in a daze.
