A MAN OF HONOR IS AT ALL TIMES A MAN OF HIS WORD.

Letting the summer breeze curl through his black mane, Voyager nibbled on grasses beside his daughter Roamer. His onyx ears slowly swiveled around to keep track of the noises in the forest, but nothing so far seemed to be out of the ordinary. He was enjoying the lazy hours of the morning with her knowing Cromer had left and couldn't sleep when the scent of Lagoon hit his nostrils. Bacardi had made a deal with Nahawi, so he knew it wasn't his friend returning to see his daughter.


Jerking his head up with ears perking forward, the black Percheron stallion drew in a deep lungful of breath before his ears shot back on his head and he snaked his face towards his daughter. The defected child knew from the days of being taught what the meant look and as she moved into the thick underbrush and hid in the foliage, Voyager moved at a steady pace towards the Lagoon stench and his lead mares own perfume.


Trudging through the forest undergrowth, Voyager kept himself contained. He wasn't happy, not in the slightest, but when he locked his eyes on a stallion up ahead he snaked his head forward and bared his teeth. “You do not belong here.” His voice boomed through the air, his large black frame scooting between Cromer and the intruder. He stood a couple hands taller than this brute, but that did not mean much really. Voyager knew this wouldn't end well if it came to blows for either of them, but Cromer was not some trinket to take.


“Leave and do not return.” He hissed, a large hoof moving through the air and then stomping loudly on the soil. Voyager was protective of what he loved and this Lagoon brat was encroaching on it. “Tell your boss you are not allowed here.” Finally, Voyager became silent as he stood proud, but ready to attack before this brute.
