LUCIFER stallion | 18hhs | black | Faithless Demon
To many voices all at once. Lucifer heard them all, but he only captured one and it had his eyes staying locked upon the stallion from Salem. His muscled form twitched, his eyes darkening, and his ears tightening to his head. The words that came out were something that Lucifer found himself enjoying, but the way in which they were delivered landed smack dab in his blood and made it roar with anger. He would never, believe it or not, kill a foal. He had come close back in the peak, but after Ceyx was born and then the second with Rieva, Lucifer had not enough darkness in his blood to murder a helpless child. It was all Rieva’s fault, her willingness to give him two sons back to back. SHe had skewed his mind and it was not a flavor of rage he liked upon his tongue.
Licking his lips, Lucifer stood in silence for a while. His head raised slowly, the arch that came natural with the bulk of his frame becoming more prominent as his chin lowered to be close to his chest. His whole body shifted, taking itself to its full height as he glared down at the nameless stallion. He felt it then, the simmering darkness that pulled so easily on days he let it. He was holding it in there, not entirely certain of his next moves. With a foal here, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place. It did not help that the stallion before him had said something to pick at a wound deep inside that had been created without his knowledge. Foals were sacred, that was the one thing, other than Rieva, that kept him from being fully psychotic. He was not truly morally black, but grey and it left him in a moment like this where he could hear his heart racing in his ears and his chest begin to ache with an emotion he did not understand.
“I. Do. Not. Prey. Upon. Foals.” He finally snapped, his voice a dark sound that made his own skin crawl. It was a new development, one he had never understood until right this moment faced with the words thrown at him. His hooves moved slowly, his body encroaching and bursting the personal bubble that the chimera held naturally. “You on the other hand… I would prey on you until your nightmares are twisted with my voice and your vision shows me like a schizophrenic image.” He was seething and it showed as he lowered his voice to where the mare and foal could not hear him. “I won't hesitate to return every. Single. Season. Until you hate my name just in the air others breath and speak with.” Locking his red eyes upon the stallion’s own then, Lucifer gave a smirk before he tilted his head faintly to the mare and foal he was so protective over. “And I would start with them. I could take them away from you if you ever got them. Make them bow down to me like I'm a king without ever hurting a single pretty hair upon their body. Would you like that on your conscience?” Raising a brow then, the black beast turned his back on the stallion before dipping his head to the mare and foal. “Think before you act.” Was all he said to the child, avoiding the mare entirely before his black frame vanished into the vegetation.
