If Detroit had even a half-decent public transit/bus system, this might not happen, but Duggan has seen fit to not increase bus drivers pay/benefits, so our busses sit because they don't have drivers.

When they first started here, they were advertised as being something you could make $$$ from by charging them in your home and then returning them to their point of origin. I wonder what ever happened with that bright idea.

There have been more than a few that have been left around my block that sat for several weeks until I put them out on the curb for bulk trash pickup.

      - We were on vacation in SD in 2019 when they had the pilot program with LA as first in the US. It was the wild wild west. They had zero geofencing, or governors. People were busting down the PB boardwalk at 25mph. We road them one day all the way from La Jolla to the zoo, including on some paved walking / biking trails.
