The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree - Ashitaka Posted on July 5, 2025 at 04:03:37 PM by Tamar
Panic was all she felt as she hurried across Tinuvel. She may be considered an adult now, but she still felt too young to be on her own. Especially the way she would now need to endure what was left of her youth. The situation was bad enough that she felt the need to blindly run into the unknown as soon as she left the water for the second time.
Mother had pointed her in a direction, told her to swim to the large island in the distance and then reenter the sea on the other side. The island after that should be safe. It should still hold some of her family who would take her into their care. She would know she was in the right place is she saw snow or felt the chill of the wind unlike any other she has felt before. It was confusing that she saw no snow here nor did the wind feel extra chilly.
It was cool, but the start of Fall did not bring the icy tundra she was hoping to see. Still, she ran hoping that she had made it to Tinuvel. A place she has only heard of from her mother who had only visited the Cove once to meet her grandsire. Eeva had almost returned to let her grandsire know her mother, his daughter, had passed, but she never had gotten to before word had spread about his own death.
The memories rush through her mind with very step. Without knowing what to do next, the young mare blindly runs into something hard thay finally stops her. "Oh no!" She exclaims as he is thrown backwards. Her eyes adjust to see the young stallion in front of her. "I'm so sorry!" Hopefully she was safe and not about to be beat up by a stranger. Replies:
