The black splash stallion had come to the meadow to get away from the drama! Mostly caused by his sister and a unknown, at least for now, culprit.
He had tried to convincing his sister and nephew to join him on a little trip out, something she had declined without a second thought, saying she wished to stay close to the Arch for now. So here he was on his own, with nothing but his thoughts to keep him company. He snorted, what a sad pathetic creature he had become, that the prospect of having nothing to do was, well… welcoming.
He might live in the lagoon but he never felt he fit the place and truth be told he enjoyed being back with his twin, and the young colt was entertaining. He never thought he’d ever bond with anyone but Ice, but the adorable and troublesome overo was definitely growing on him, even if he did feel like a giant chew toy to the boy. He supposed that it wasn’t that unusual considering that Rebel was his blood.
Grazing on the long grass that always covered the meadow, blue eyes scanning around him for any signs of danger. Instead he found very little to be concerned about. The odd hare sitting up as they looked around for danger before returning to nibbling on the grass, the birds in the trees and the unmistakable sound of someone else pulling grass up from the ground, the sound only another equine could make whilst grazing.
At the realisation that he wasn’t actually alone anymore, he calmly lifted his head, crystal blue orbs scanning the area until they settled on another, a mare. Where had she come from? His features neutral he dipped his head in a form of greeting, weary of the response he might get from the unknown female.
