“Blackballing” Aside - Billy is a Terrible Example

So whether legal or illegal Billy is a terrible example to make your point with. Billy was not “blackballed” he sued World Jai-Alai including amateur Jai-Alai when he got hit. “If” that lawsuit was settled part of the settlement would have been that he would not seek re-employment. Besides a legal position his suit was based in part on his “inability” to play Jai-Alai after the hit. So why would any other fronton hire someone who 1. Has acknowledged it hat they can’t play and 2. Why would anyone hire someone with a history of suing frontons (or any like business).?
