Seeing his smile was a good distraction. He looks handsome when he smiles. Ashitaka answers her question to say he was no related to Nicodemus. That was good because if she was to stay here she would eventually like to develop a romantic relationship with someone. It was unknown if Ashitaka would be that one, but their babies would be cute and little.
She cracks a smile at the thought even as Ashitaka explains his situation. He says his half sister, Mizuki, and himself were from a distant island. She could only assume that meant they had no family here so then how did they wind up in the Inlet? He then comments the his sister had a baby with Nicodemus. Ah, so they were an item? Ashitaka then says maybe by the reasoning he was family. She shrugs.
"Maybe?" She questions. It wasn't really her place to say, but I guess herds could all be considered family? Just as long as she wasn't blood related to Ashitaka. "I grew up on Atlantis, a island to the southeast from here. You could say I have a large family in terms of bloodline, but the actual family I was close to is very small." Even her uncle Dovahkiin had dissapeared some time ago. Some time way back when the leaders kept changing constantly on Atlantis.
"Do you care if I stay here awhile longer? Under you maybe?" For now she didn't want to think about her dispersed family or the ones she has lost. Only those she has now found in the Inlet. Replies:
