“We will be back!” Came a holler over the vast territory of the Thicket. Eyes of a bright hue danced with humor, the dark body that held the eyes prancing in place as the horse named Vīraṇaṉ barely contained his excitement. Their father would not mind if they left, right? He did not think so, so with it he turned to his brothers who looked at him as if he were half crazed for what he wanted to do.
Shaking his head slowly, Rover sighed faintly before turning to look over at Kalamchoe. Usually Kalamchoe was all over these ideas with Vīraṇaṉ, but oddly enough this time, the pale son of Finley and Snapdragon was not as agreeable on it. “I don’t think we should leave father when he is trying to fix things.” Came the pale man's voice, his frame twitching slightly with nerves as Rover nodded his head in agreement. Realistically, none of them should leave just yet. They might be two years old, pushing three, but none of them were ready for the world just yet.
“Come on guys! Dad won't mind and we need to explore!” Vīraṇaṉ said excitedly. The sooty stallion was always full of excitement and the need to explore. It was a wonder he had stuck around this long with his brothers, but in many ways the trio would be inseparable. They had already decided years ago that if they were to find themselves in love with a lady or lad that they would not fight. They would try their best to woo the other party together, as a team front. It was even said between them that when they were old that they would not part, even if it ended up them being kings of a territory together… as if that would be a good idea.
Sighing, Rover just shrugged his shoulders before moving, his white dipped body moving from the Thicket and through Luthien. At his back the other two followed, but as they roamed all of them paused when they reached a vast expanse of land with no trees. Their pale eyes blinked slowly, taking in that of the Prairie before their heads turned to face one another. As the sound of laughter suddenly busted through the air, the trio raced through the open land, taking it for granted considering they had been racing on the beaches for years. Now with solid ground under their hooves, there was no telling just what chaos they would cause as they booked it through the land, their manes and tails flying through the wind as a hawk cried overhead.
