Curse was beginning to regret the quip she’d given to the stallion who was only trying to help her. Clenching her jaw to stop her teeth from chattering was also helping to keep her words in check. That was something she was always struggling with, as was evident as to why she was feeling a touch guilty now.
Ashitaka, a..about earlier, wh…when we wh…where leaving the beach she had never realised how hard it was to talk with chattering teeth, she was starting to get frustrated with it as she was trying to talk to him.
Shaking herself to try and fluff out her coat a bit more before she continued di..didn’t mean to be bi.bitchy she had more to say but didn’t have the patience to battle with the stuttering because of the cold. She knew her communication skills still need some work.
She let out a chuckle at his playful remark any more toughing up and I might as well be a block of ice she said with a smirk, managing to get the words out without stuttering. However the playful nature vanished as he stepped closer, her expression changing, though maybe not to the one he would expect but to confusion. None judgemental, pure confusion at his move closer, weather or not he worked out it it was due to her total lack of physical affection during her early years, or weather he thought it was something else only time would tell. Still looking at him with total confusion she asked what are you doing?
