I've read his newsletters, it was his job as secretary to record the meetings, if it wasn't recorded that would have been a violation of the law. He also wrote Martin failed to record the meetings when he was secretary. As for McPhillips being suspended that's because Martin called the cops on him after he got lippy at a union meeting and then ran to a judge for a protective order and then ran to IAD with the order and police report. Yes, you read that correctly, an Executive Board member did that to one of our members. Shameful.
