Everybody on both sides of my family for as far back as I can trace were drunks. I was a drunk, losing jobs and wrecking cars for YEARS.

i didn't have any of the sobriety crutches you mentioned above, but I had a drunk brother who helped me dry out on the Marijuana Maintenance Program. I stayed stoned on marijuana for YEARS, with NO BOOZE.

I haven't had booze OR weed for many years now, and I'm hanging on. My thoughts? What ever works!, DO it!!
