Heard it on here in KC on the radio, actually KMBZ, so you are wrong again, what you are batting maybe .001. Just like your dear leader wrong most of the time.

A person who is always making assumptions can be described as presumptuous, judgmental, or prejudiced (in the literal sense of pre-judging). They tend to jump to conclusions, act on incomplete information, and often operate based on stereotypes or personal biases rather than facts.
