Boss's Decree

For every brother you bring into the Lagoon, you may have a trinket of your own. I will not touch, barter, trade, or do anything with them. For every foal you create that lives here in the lagoon, you must win a battle or bring in a new brother.

If neither of these criteria are met, come them turning two and remaining in the lagoon, they are mine to do with as I see fit.

The Offspring

Briseis (Carthage x Clio)
Flynnrir (Garmr x Druna)
Gersemi (Garmr x Dior)
Gothic (Garmr x Dior)
Phaethon (Acid x Sabah)
Sadie (Abraxas x Mercy)

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

I have no mercy left in me

Mercy had hidden away to give birth to her foal, low key terrified of being so vulnerable in the lagoon. When all was over she stared at the little filly, struggling to identify her colouration when first born.
A few weeks had passed since then and the tobiano mare had kept her daughter, who she had named Sadie well hidden. Whilst she doubted the stallions would mess with the foal whilst still so young and helpless the terrain was not so kind, one wrong step and she could lose her daughter to one of the many mud pits.

The champagne filly had fed off her mothers fear, making her stay close and quiet. At her age she should be running and playing, an action that would help strengthen her legs, but the area was too treacherous for that. Instead the youngster stayed silent and still, only able to take about 5 paces in the little hide her mother had found. It was hard to build up muscle when you could barely move. Currently she lay asleep at her mothers feet.

Mercy was tired. Constantly being on guard, alert and anxious. She rarely slept or ate, just enough for her to feed her child. She had noticed abraxas around but she hadn't exactly been welcoming to him. There last conversation she'd told him "if you want to be in your daughter's life, get us out of here"

She hadn't been bluffing she hadn't even allowed him near the child yet. She hadn't seen his mother but knew she had also been expecting so imagine she was also hiding.
