Well, to answer your question honestly, the NEW mindset of the newer generation is as follows: FIRE and CANCER Is DANGEROUS & I'M JUST HERE FOR THE CHECK! In all honesty, the City doesn't care who they hire, look at the "Grandma Class" and the "105". Granted, that was by court order but this Dept is WELL on its way or is already there of becoming an extension of Streets & San.
