During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Equinox tilted his head in curious pup-like way to one side as Hope told him where he was. Of course, the name Munashi Gekko meant nothing or very little to the young pup only that it was where Hope lived. He looked up and grinned up at where her scent came from, tail wagging in a way that caused his entire rear end to wag with it. He caught three smells and stopped, focusing on the direction where the scent wafted from. The smell of food was by far the most interesting for the young pup and he began to get excited. He hadn't eaten in a long time and his belly was beginning to grumble. He recognized the wolf carrying it and the voice of Silence cut through the air. A fresh scent was there too, another wolf, female this time and Equinox stared blindly at where he imagined she would be standing. He heard a soft thud as the meat was deposited on the ground and as Silence took a few steps backward he realized it was for him and Hope. His smile widened. He was quite young yes and at this point his mother he was only semi-weaned but he was so hungry he honestly didn't care. Bounding forward with surprising energy he bounced right up to Silence and immediately felt the shadow where the big wolf's form blocked out the sun. He was a little frightened but determined to be polite. Still, his voice stuttered a few times.

Thank You Mr S-Silence.

He again flashed the brute an irresistable smile before bouncing back to the kill and sticking his little teeth into the closest flesh he could grab. He moved around a bit to find a bit of softer meat which was on the ribs and began to eat there, swallowing down the meat in surprisingly large chunks, tail wagging the whole time. Nox didn't know how long he would be here with Miss Hope and Mr Silence but so far, it wasn't that bad, he quite liked it here where it was quite and not lots of big wolves scaring him.
